Voting ver. 2.0

This whole voting thing is funny. There are these e-voting machines. As far as i know it's a computer where you check who you want.

Everyone is bitching about it messing up. Here is the deal. I program for a living. We, here, do WAY more intensive programming and have programs that do WAY more than these e-voting machines can ever be programmed to do.


This is how it works:
Walk into the building
Sign in.
Walk into the booth.
You select your choice(s).
You make sure your choice(s) is/are correct.
It get's entered into a database.
Walk out of the booth.
Machine resets.

This is EXACTLY what the e-machine should do(except the walking). Programming the logic behind the vote counts can be done by any first year Computer Science student. It can be done in ANY programming language. AND, it would seriously take less than 24 hours to code. They had 4 YEARS!!!

C'mon people!!! How fucking hard can it be?!?!
